Construct/repair emergency, transitional and permanent single and multi-family shelter, with culturally appropriate and safe design;

Construct schools, vocational training and community centers with environment-healthy and safe learning, gathering, play, and food delivery facilities;

Develop water and sanitation systems, from wells to water treatment plants; from improved pit latrines to sewage treatment facilities;

Develop drainage and wastes management systems;

Construct/repair secondary roads, hydroelectricity and irrigation systems to improve access and livelihoods;

Construct/renovate food markets and healthcare facilities;
 
Develop new communities; establish transitional camps for refugees or displaced persons.
